I don’t normally make posts that are not related to SkyBlueCanvas, but I really enjoy seeing anyone do anything extremely well. As a friend of mine said, “Danny MacAskill is the Yo-Yo Ma of bikes”. This is just inspiring to watch. Watch the video, you won’t regret it.

I live and work in Edinburgh (where this was filmed and Danny lives) and I’ve seen him around the city a few times.
I spoke to him once and he’s a really nice guy, not cocky like some (great) trails/MTB riders I’ve come across.
You are right Scott, it is inspiring to watch him, not that I would encourage anyone to remove street furniture……….!

That’s really cool that you get to see him around town. It’s really fun to see people’s reactions when he does one of his stunts.
I can’t even begin to imagine how much training he must do. Those guys must be in great physical condition too. Truly amazing.

Scott, check out some of his videos on youtube and watch people’s reactions as jumps off of 30 foot walls!
He’s becoming a bit of a local legend, I read about him in the Glasgow Record paper the other day, it was a two page spread on how he turned down interviews in the USA, because he had arrange to do a demo at the local village fete!
Like I said before, a really nice guy!
